Erica Leigh Peralta is an associate attorney with Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich, P.C. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in insurance defense.

Ms. Peralta received her Environmental Law LL.M. in 2022 from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She received her J.D. in 2021 from New York Law School. During law school, she worked as a legal intern at O’Halloran and Vitale in Bayonne, NJ, and interned for a semester with the Environmental Protection Agency in the waste and toxic substance division. She also served as a student attorney for the Nature Conservancy during her last year of law school. In addition to her degrees, Ms. Peralta received her certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She also volunteers as a mentor to law students preparing to take the bar exam.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Peralta earned a Bachelor of Science from Manhattan College, studying Biology. She also obtained her Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from SUNY Ulster. After obtaining her undergraduate degrees she worked in the veterinary industry as a laboratory technician in the parasitology field.
