ARE YOU DRINKING CONTAMINATED OR POLLUTED WATER?

Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich represents hundreds of home and business owners in New Jersey and elsewhere in lawsuits involving drinking water contamination from MTBE and other gasoline additives.

Gasoline storage tanks throughout this country are in a state of disrepair, allowing gasoline and additives to contaminate underground drinking water supplies. Many gasoline additives are potentially harmful to humans, and property values can be lowered as a result of these leaks.

Has your water been contaminated with gasoline? Or has your drinking water become contaminated from arsenic, lead, pesticides, bacteria from farms or failing septic systems, petroleum, or other pollutants?

MTBE –A COMMON DRINKING WATER POLLUTANT IN THE UNITED STATES

MTBE is a gasoline additive intended to make gasoline burn more efficiently. In turn, this was supposed to cut down on air pollution. The problem is that it may not work.

Worse yet, if MTBE leaks into the groundwater either due to gasoline station tank leaks or “sloppy housekeeping,: your drinking water can be destroyed. This has happened throughout the United States.

The law firm of Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich has filed lawsuits on behalf of New Jersey and other East Coast residents whose water has been ruined due to MTBE contamination, as well as other gas additives.

If your drinking water has become polluted, call us at 732-355-1311. We can help you.
