Kendall Keelen is an associate attorney with Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich, P.C., who works on environmental, energy, and land use matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Keelen was an attorney at Conservation Law Foundation in Connecticut. Ms. Keelen handled a variety of environmental and energy matters, focusing on climate and clean energy issues. She represented the non-profit in administrative proceedings before state agencies, including Connecticut’s Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and Public Utilities Regulatory Authority. Ms. Keelen was also a pro bono attorney to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, where she assisted with civil and criminal cases.Ms. Keelen earned her Juris Doctor at Vermont Law School, where she focused on climate law and environmental justice. She graduated cum laude from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Spanish and a minor in Sustainability.
