Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich is pleased to announce that founding partners Stuart J. Lieberman and Shari M. Blecher have been named “Super Lawyers,” and that shareholder Michael G. Sinkevich, Jr. and associate Shawn M. LaTourette have been named “Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers Magazine.* This is a continued honor for our shareholders, who were excited to discover that Shawn M. LaTourette is the latest Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich attorney to be recognized by the publication.
Mr. LaTourette and Mr. Sinkevich have contributed significantly to the environmental and litigation bars in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Sinkevich has worked tirelessly to represent the interests of individuals and businesses in environmental and land use matters. An accomplished appellate advocate, Mr. Sinkevich has successfully briefed and argued several appeals. With his focus on environmental and toxic tort litigation, Mr. LaTourette has helped families injured by toxic releases and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in environmental cleanup cost recovery matters, natural resource damage claims, and class actions.
With their more than 40 years of combined environmental law experience, Stuart Lieberman and Shari Blecher have been representing clients in environmental litigation, hazardous site remediation, regulatory and transactional matters throughout New Jersey and neighboring states. Our founding shareholders have successfully defended clients in environmental litigation and administrative actions, as well as prosecuted toxic tort actions, both individually as well as alongside a team of toxic tort litigators from across the country.
Our attorneys and staff have watched with pride as the careers of these professionals have unfolded, and we are sure that they will continue the fine Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich tradition of providing first rate representation to their clients while making considerable contributions to the legal profession. Below you will find just a few examples of their recent contributions:
Super Lawyers defines a “Rising Star” as the “best attorneys who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.” They are nominated by their peers who have “personally observed [them] in action — whether as opposing counsel or co-counsel, or through other firsthand courtroom observation.”
