A long-running dispute over the location of a popular Atlantic City beach bar has come to a close, with the bar now relocating to a new site farther down the beach. The move followed years of discussion regarding the bar’s impact on nearby residents and the surrounding area.
It was an honor for our firm to represent the Ocean Club Condominium Association throughout this matter. Over the course of the proceedings, we advocated vigorously on behalf of our client by preparing and submitting legal correspondence, appearing before the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) during land use proceedings, and consistently working to protect the rights and interests of the Ocean Club community.
We are proud that these efforts ultimately resulted in the relocation of the beach bar. While the matter presented complex issues and required significant advocacy, we believe the outcome benefits everyone involved. The relocation provides Ocean Club residents with the peace and enjoyment they sought while also allowing the beach bar to continue operating from a location that we believe is better suited for its business and for the surrounding Atlantic City community.
We are grateful for the opportunity to represent the Ocean Club Condominium Association and remain committed to helping condominium associations, homeowners, businesses, and property owners navigate complex land use, zoning, and real estate matters throughout New Jersey.
