Lieberman Blecher and Sinkevich Announces New Partner and New Associate

Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich, PC is proud to announce the naming of Ms. Brittany W. DeBord, Esq. as a shareholder. Brittany joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2016, with a focus on environmental law, including litigation, regulatory compliance and permitting, as well as toxic exposure litigation, real estate transactions, and land use matters. She returned to the firm in 2020 after gaining invaluable experience in the transactional arena and banking compliance. After returning to the firm, she has assisted clients with land use matters, commercial transactions, litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. Brittany is an alumna of the George Washington University Law School and began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Jeanne T. Covert, currently the assignment judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington County vicinage. Brittany was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, and earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Delaware before pursuing her legal career.

Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich, PC is also excited to welcome Mr. Noah Botwinick, Esq. as our newest associate attorney. Noah was admitted to the NJ Bar in October 2022. He received his J.D. this year from Boston College Law School, where he served as a teaching assistant for Prof. Joseph Liu’s property law course and a staff writer for the Law and Religion Program. Mr. Botwinick was also a Public Interest Designation Program Fellow and received a Certificate of Pro Bono Excellence. During law school, he worked as a legal intern in the appeals unit at the District Attorney’s Office in Norfolk, MA as well as a commercial real estate intern at the Law Offices of Eric A. Heinz in Philadelphia, PA. Noah earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Yeshiva University and a master’s in environmental studies from Tel Aviv University.
