Daniel Hewitt is an associate with Lieberman & Blecher.Prior to joining Lieberman & Blecher, Mr. Hewitt clerked for the Honorable Mary K. Costello, P.J. Civ. in Hudson County. There he worked on mass tort cases, complex business matters, professional malpractice matters, and environmental matters. Mr. Hewitt assisted the Judge in deciding a wide variety of motions in the Civil Part of Hudson County. As a Judicial Law Clerk, Mr. Hewitt also mediated and settled numerous small claims and landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Hewitt previously clerked at a small boutique firm where he worked on numerous probate matters and drafted pre-trial motions to both trial level and appellate level judges. Mr. Hewitt attended Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr Hewitt was a member of Seton Hall’s International Law Moot Court Team. While attending Seton Hall, Mr. Hewitt received the Excellence in Contracts Award and an Oral Advocacy Award presented as part of an Appellate Advocacy class.
Mr. Hewitt received a Masters in International Politics and Security at Bradford University in Bradford, UK and received his Bachelors from Muhlenberg College with a double major in International Studies and History.
