Shawn LaTourette Named A Top Environmental Lawyer in NJ

Lieberman & Blecher would like to congratulate associate Shawn M. LaTourette, who was recently named a Top Environmental Attorney by SJ Magazine, a publication that routinely rates attorneys and other professionals in the southern New Jersey community.

Shawn joined Lieberman & Blecher as an associate in 2011.  Before joining the Lieberman & Blecher team, Shawn practiced law with the international law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he focused on environmental law and litigation, with an emphasis on defending environmental cleanup cost recovery actions, natural resource damage claims, and class actions on behalf of some the world's largest corporations

Before attending law school, Shawn was a member of the Lieberman & Blecher team for six years, serving as both a paralegal and the firm's business administrator.  He left the firm to pursue his law degree at Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, where he graduated at the top of his class while also pursuing judicial internships with the New Jersey Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and a clerkship with the environmental practice group of the New Jersey Attorney General's office.  The Lieberman & Blecher team is glad to have Shawn as a colleague and friend, and we are all so very proud of this accomplishment.
